"We enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptional…very clean!! Great neighborhood! Amenities were plentiful. The back porch was amazing. Please note that the refrigerator has a broken door shelf. We could not find pot holders. The water flow in the master shower was not very strong. Otherwise awesome property!!! Wildlife was amazing. We had a bear cub visit for over an hour enjoying the pears from your tree. Thank you for sharing your home! We appreciate it "

"We chose this property because of its proximity to Silverton and many of the surrounding 4x4 trails. With 3 dogs in tow this made for a perfect home base. The property is large and well behaved dogs are free to roam."

"Spacious and comfortable home for our group of seven. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong, and arcade games. Coffee in the morning on the patio was perfection! Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Only negative was the noisy plumbing that sounded like there was air in the pipes. We chose to drink bottled water because of the "salty" taste of the treated water."

"My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Lavender House. There was a little hiccup with checking in but this was quickly remedied. The property is beautiful and set on a working farm. There are horses, donkeys, chickens and dogs. We enjoyed this aspect of the farm. The owner was quick to respond to us but we had very few questions as everything was self-explanatory. "The home was very new. Everything we needed was there. It was convenient to Mesa Verde National Park. Very nice place."

"We had a wonderful time at the house with 19 people. As other reviews stated the kitchen is well stocked, but we wish there had been an electric griddle for pancakes. There was a plethora of games, movies, yard toys, books, puzzles, and anything you would want to do. There was new carpet in all the bedrooms which was very nice and plenty of beds and bedding for our whole group. We had some little ones in our group so we stuck around the house quite a bit. All the grandkids loved the hot tub...
