「This house was giant and had great conversation areas. We were here with extended family we don't often see and it was a great background for catching up. It is far from any stores so be prepared to come prepared. People liked the mattresses but not the pillows, my pillow seemed fine. I wish we could have stayed longer there are some fun outdoor spaces that we didn't get to enjoy. Everything in the kitchen worked well. 「This was a great location to go to Durango or Mesa Verde! The space was big enough for six adults to comfortably hang out and visit. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms clean and the beds comfortable. We had a snag in our stay but Ron was prompt in getting back to us and fixing the problem. We had a great time! Thanks.」

「It was a great little cabin! The bed was super comfy! I love watching the horses in the pasture down below. While drinking my morning coffee. The kitchen had everything I needed, plus there was a grill just out the door! We have stayed at a lot of different places and this host the best by far with communication! I would recommend property to anyone wanting to get away to peace and quiet! 」

「This ranch house is in a great location and was an excellent launching spot for Durango and Mesa Verde. The majestic Hackberry trees on the property must be hundreds of years old. Everything was well stocked with plenty of supplies and it made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Great hosts!」

「The fire pit was a hit. My 3 year old grandson was able to make S’mores and sit by the fire. Loved seeing a momma dear and her yearlings. While we only needed 3 rooms the bunk beds were awesome. Michelle was quick in her responses. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in went smooth and was pretty easy to find even in the dark as we arrived pretty late! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool/hot tub was awesome and all the mountain activities were a blast. We will definitely be back. Thank you! 」

「The rooms were exactly as described. We would have spent more time in the spacious game room, were it not for the amazing outdoor covered porch with fireplace. We spent every evening outside :). The kitchen was stocked wonderfully, with everything clearly labelled. I would highly recommend this place for your Durango stay! We woke up every day to the sounds of Elk bugling and the most beautiful scenery. I highly recommend it. 」

「Overall it was very pleasant and quiet. Lots of deer, turkeys and one bear. The most well behaved cat also lives there under the porch. Hot tub and hammockwas very relaxing. Cobwebs on most light fixtures, mattresses in both upstairs and downstairs main bedrooms were worn out. A couple cooking pots were so old and worn out, they were not usable. Minor things, but very fixable. Artwork was beautiful!」

「The location is perfect for going into Durango and also accessing the trails for hiking, and other mountain activities. Excursions to Ouray, Silverton and even Telluride can be accomplished in a day.The house had everything we needed and very clean. It is an older home that's not perfect but extremely comfortable. No A/C but cools off in the evening and fans are available.Definitely would stay again. And Taylor was a great host and responded to all questions immediately.」
