Hertford Heath Vacations from ￥204,611

I review this hotel a lot, because I stay there a lot! Its perfect for me to get in and out of London on the central line, so location is perfect But, the hotel needs TLC, the lift is amusing, so slow, the room are a good size but tired, looks like some of the carpet has been updated, but the bathrooms? no plug in the sink, a very poor shower, dirty grout, they could probably remove the bath's have a really nice shower cubicle and it would be lovely, the reception always has the office door open and the office looks messy, the staff are nice and helpful. the bar area is functional, but the evening restaurant is the same area the breakfast is, and although the food might be excellent(I have never eaten in the evening) the ambience does not make it appealing. i will continue to stay here, and hopefully watch the hotel improve

Cerca del aeropuerto 10 minutos de T5 en bus, ideal para pasar la noche antes de viajar, desayuno correcto y restaurante con menú reducido pero correcto

Stayed for one night- Check in was done by yourself, but then the man comes and knocks on your door for 10 mins asking you random questions. On the website says FREE on site parking but then the man asks you for £5 to park overnight.. Check out says 10:30 on booking website, details sent to me, in the room and in the hallway but was woken at 9:30 by the man telling to check out! Won’t be staying again and won’t be recommending it to anyone
