Great stay in a quiet hotel that honestly, is off airport. It's 30 minutes from the actual terminal despite being fenced inside the airport, so it's not remotely convenient. However, it is very secure and the staff are really nice. Not sure if I'd stay again due to the inconvenience of the location but for the staff and quality of hotel, it's a 9/10. Great concierge (Miguel) and bar staff!

During my one night stay which was intended to provide an ample night's rest to break up the journey between Lima and Cusco I was hardly able to get any sleep. The rooms next to me were permitted by staff to play music very loudly throughout the night, slam doors between rooms for hours and hours, and carry on in loud, impolite voices and tones. Completely inexplicable how the hotel would let people selfishly ruin the hotel stay for all other guests. Staff should have been alert and taken...

I like the silence at night, which allows you to rest and sleep pleasantly. The staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous.
Perhaps the only drawback is that it does not have a dining room service. Many times, one does not want to leave the hotel and wants to eat something right there.

Absolutely love my stay. Super clean. Everyone was so accommodating. The location was wonderful cause its right in the middle of the financial district. Many stores near by. I didn't pack enough close and was able to walk next door to Zara. Only thing I wish is if they have more available spa treatments. Tip: book all your spa treatments in advance. The price is really reasonable which is why everything was fully booked.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar!

Location, location, location!!! If you’re looking for action, crowds, and the tourist crunch, then this is NOT the place for you. Located in the upscale San Isidro neighborhood, you’re close enough, yet far enough away from the madness of Miraflores. Super safe neighborhood, great dining options close by, and upscale shopping. But, not snooty or pretentious. The hotel is safe, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good.
