"The staff was great!! They were pleasant and helpful and allowed me to check in early when I called. The hotel needs a serious facelift/remodel. We got a “corner pocket” room which felt cramped more than anything. Staff 10/10…. Hotel its self… 1/10….."

"The hotel is dated and run down and has the overall feel of depression. The kitchenette is not stocked, you have to ask for plates etc and any pots, toaster, dish rack, it is limited what they have. There is no kettle, you will have to boil water on the stove. The breakfast is just instant oats, coffee, tea that tastes like coffee, cereal bars and hot chocolate....not much. It is maybe a 2 star hotel that definitely needs a face lift."
