"The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. Bar service was slow at all the bars. The resort is very busy and great if you like the constant traffic and noise. The service is much better and faster if you have an all inclusive package but is very costly compared to other resorts. It doesn’t have the best beach and is difficult to snorkel. I would recommend you research resorts in depth before booking. This resort was just not a good fit for the purpose of our travel but it’s beautiful. We were asked if we were there for a special occasion ahead of time, and we told them we were there for our honeymoon, but we’re not sure why we were asked as nothing was done different from other guests."

"Everything was fine except the mold in our room which was noticed on the 3rd day and our room was changed (upgraded). Overall a very positive experience spend with our family."

"When I landed, the shuttle was relatively easy to find, and I didn’t have to wait very long for it to turn up. The ride to the property was super quick, as it’s very conveniently located to MRU - around 5 minutes drive. Checkin was fast, and efficient and the lady at the front desk was lovely and seemed genuinely happy to be there. In my post flight haze, I forgot to take a note of her name. That being said, all the staff I interacted with were really nice people. The rooms are a decent size, and there was decent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There’s always a temptation to gorge oneself on the wide array of food provided but I restrained myself. I’d definitely stay there again should the need arise. "

"We spent 8 nights in this beautiful resort with our extended family. Had a great time! The rooms are spacious and the hotel location is great. The food at all restaurants was really delicious. The only negative aspect is the service at the main patio restaurant and at the pool. Had to wait a lot and always had mistakes in our food/drinks orders. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Hygiene needs improvement, but the staff was responsive and sometimes very attentive. The facilities were good overall, except for the pools, where surface issues may have caused swimmer injuries. The activities and activity staff were excellent, and it’s a great destination for a family vacation."

"We were shown so much care, kindness and attention throughout our stay. Every team member: reception, admin, restaurant, kitchen, maintenance and cleaning were consistently friendly, helpful and professional. They worked hard and always had a smile on and enquired about our experience each time. The location was perfect: just a five‑minute walk to a beautiful part of the Flic en Flac lagoon, ideal for early‑morning swims and snorkelling. Breakfast was varied and generous, with cooked options, pastries, breads, cheeses and plenty of tropical fruits, plus extras like boiled eggs, pancakes and omelettes. Dinner changed nightly with cultural themes; I especially enjoyed the vegetables, salads, calamari and desserts. A few small improvements would help: boiling water at breakfast for tea, better coffee and water jugs at dinner. Rooms were cleaned daily, towels and beach towels replaced and the shower had good water pressure. Tea‑making facilities and a small fridge in the room were very convenient. The free carpark and on‑site gym were great bonuses. Good Wi‑Fi throughout and fun Sega dancing during the week added to the experience. "Our 2nd visit to this hotel as we found it great value for a fun and also relaxing family holiday. We loved the Beach location where you wander straight down from the hotel - and enjoy your all Inclusive drink here too. Sit and relax with gorgeous view of the ocean or take a dip in the crystal clear Sea. Blue Bay is such a perfect spot for snorkelling , straight from the shore you can see the marine life . We loved spotting all the fish, my daughter favourite being the 'Minecraft fish' (box fish). Also make sure to take advantage of the complimentary glass bottom boat trip further out into the Bay. The staff were fantastic, from check in to The Bar servers, waiting team in the restaurant and cleaning crew . Many of the servers recognised us from previous years and were once again friendly and helpful. They particularly took time with the Kids to ensure they were happy! The Hotel manager also took time to sit with us and talk about how we were enjoying the holiday. Mostly I have to mention the Club Coralia entertainment team, Yoan & Emmanuelle who absolutely made the holiday! Their efforts and enthusiasm which is recognised a genuine passion for what they do gave the kids the most wonderful experiences and memories they will cherish forever. Nothing was too much for them and they constantly went out their way to ensure the kids (and grown ups) were having a good time- even happily being chased and pushed fully clothed into the pool!
