「We stayed 3 nights in a bleak February. The weather was bad, but the room was warm and cosy. The dining hall was shut, but a continental breakfast was laid out on the landing and a small table and chairs provided in the room. Cooked breakfast was available for a small extra fee, but we didn't feel we needed one. We were in the Cream Room and we were pleased that the "private bathroom" was en suite.which we weren't sure of from the description. This is a working farm. The field opposite during...

「Charming little old fashioned (in a good way) hotel in Leamington Spa. No frills but very well run and friendly, unobtrusive service. Will come back if in the area. 」

「The room smelled damp and muddy. It triggers my allergies. I was unable to sleep; I had to sit up all night because I couldn't breathe properly lying down. Added to that, there was no hot water to shower with, despite switching the switch as instructed. 」

「Loved our stay here! Cosy cabin, was clean with only slight signs of wear. Lovely open remote space to sit out in the morning, onsite restaurant and bar was lovely with quirky decorations. 100% will be our go to when travelling from now on!」
