"Staff was helpful having us change rooms upon finding air conditioning unit not working properly. Change was without issues. Good location for access to highway and store ( mall with food stores and restaurants right next)."

"Room was spacious enough and very clean. The bedding smelled like fabric softener. Love that clean smell. William is great at communicating. We thought the kitchen & table would be in the room, but William explained the photos have to do with how VRBO has him upload them. Understandable. The community kitchen area was very doable and more than we needed. The rooms are very quiet. No road noise. Stairs are a bit of a narrow hike to the second floor, but doable as well. It is noticable that William address all critiques of feedback as I noticed there were little bed lamps besides the overhead lighting. One thing...a foldable luggage rack would be a nice & helpful item. Also a throw blanket for extra warmth as some like it cold while the other... not so much. Lol. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the stay."

The accommodations were simple, but they were spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. If you're looking for a clean, well-kept place with exceptional hospitality in a fantastic location, this is a wonderful choice."

"Comfortable modern, tastefully decorated & bright apartment, Super clean, convenient & wallet-friendly location in a quiet & safe neighborhood. Easy communication with host who clearly takes pride in her new property and wants guests to have the best experience. Kitchenette was adorable & host even supplied real creamers for the coffee & a "welcome" bottle of wine! ( thank you). Living area felt quite spacious and was bigger than it appears in photos with a large LG TV. Bedroom & bath were unexpectedly huge and well-appointed. Good for solo, couples and young family (pull out couch). Just two steps to enter unit. Perfect home base for a visit to downtown New London, Groton & short ride to Mystic. Would rent again."

"Beautiful property, spotlessly clean, and a short ride to beaches, parks, downtown area... The pool was great and our gracious hosts Jimmy and Nancy were incredibly accommodating. I could not recommend the property and hosts more. I appreciate everything they did to make us feel at home during our stay!"
