Die Lage ist einfach spitze: Nur um die Ecke zur Einkaufsstraße mit Bäcker und Supermarkt, der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 10 Minuten) und ebenfalls die Straßenbahn nach Den Haag.
