「The staff were mostly helpful and very nice, specially the receptionist in the afternoon and the last at the breakfast. The room is just fine but the room service was not even. Do not stay in room 210 because of the noise of washing machine or something in the middle of the night.」

「Staff are incredible and friendly. Breakfast was premium with many healthy options. Pool is very large with separate splash pool and yet another large hot tub open till 11pm. Beautiful festive decor and fireplace in courtyard 」

「Rooms clean, I love how well it’s set up if you bring your dog. Service wasn’t fabulous the younger lady at the front desk was quite stand offish but the restaurant has pretty good food」

「I have stayed at a few hotels and you know I usually go for ones that have pools but this one just fit my financial needs than anywhere else and even though it don't have a pool customer service is nice friendly and understanding the rooms are very spacious they're clean it's quiet I know no problem with noise didn't feel like it was haunted perfect temperature the heaters and coolers whatever work was like good in the room」
