The space

Come live the Alaskan Dream in our 5-Bedroom Lake Front Home. With pristine mountain views and an abundance of wildlife, beautiful Otto Lake is where you want to be. Situated right along Denali National Parks Boundary, and a short 15-minute drive to the Park Entrance, you can’t find a better location.

As soon as you arrive you will know you made the right choice for your group.

Enjoy a cocktail in our lakeside hot tub or on the dock. Amazing bird viewing and great Northern lights starting in late August.

The upstairs living room has massive picture windows offering panoramic views of the Alaska Range. Lounge in a hammock chair on one of our 3-outdoor decks. Head out to your private dock and go for a paddle board or kayak on one of our boats. Whip up a feast in our modern kitchen and dine with the whole family and enjoy the views from the large 12-person family dining table. After dinner go for a soak in our outdoor lake side Hot Tub and enjoy The Midnight Sun with a delicious beverage.

Our 2-acre property offers 250 feet of private lake front with a large grass yard, fire pit, horse shoes and a trampoline. Send the kids downstairs to our spacious downstairs living room to play some ping pong and darts or use the elliptical exercise machine, piano and large screen TV.

We regularly see wildlife on and around our property including lots of moose and an abundance of birds. Otto Lake is stocked with trout. Black Diamond Golf Resort is right around the corner. ATV, Zip-line, rafting, horseback riding and flight seeing are all nearby.

We are a short 2-minute drive to the small town of Healy which has a full grocery store, bars, restaurants and all services.

We are long time locals and experienced vacation rental operators with several rentals in the area. Feel free to contact us with any questions or advice you may need prior to arrival. On the bulletin board in our home you will find lots of brochures and menus to our favorite tour operators and restaurants. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. We understand your group is on the trip of a lifetime and we want our home to enhance your experience. Cleanliness is our #1 priority. We block the date after each stay so our housekeeping team has extra time to ensure everything is perfect.

Our house checks all the boxes:

High Speed WIFI, Direct TV/Smart TV's, BBQ (propane provided), Washer & Dryer (detergent provided), Well stocked kitchen, Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash/Hair Dryer are provided, High quality linens and towels are provided.

All of our furniture is brand new and all the mattresses are of the highest quality. Each of the 5-bedrooms have black out shades, screened windows and fans.

We always respect our guests privacy and offer self-check in. Our Amazing Property Manager Laura lives in the garage apartment in a separate building behind the house and is always available through text. The only time you will see her unrequested is for maintenance of the hot tub to ensure its cleanliness.

All the visitor adventure excursions are found nearby. Go golfing, ATV tours, flight-seeing, rafting, horseback riding, ziplining, heli-hiking, etc. A well stocked grocery store is 5 minutes away. Stunning views of the Alaska Range and minutes to Denali National Park.
