Staff was friendly and welcoming, room and bathroom was excellent, except for the thermostat. There must have been something wrong with the fan but other than that, it was a great hotel and I will definitely return.

Hotel bar closes at 10pm which as a hotel guest is disappointing. Excuse is it’s a separate business?????

One of the best hotels in which I have stayed. Very clean. Staff is very attentive and friendly. And of course, location location location.

The room itself was great, however, the terrace where my door was located on the 5th floor was completely unlit and pitch black after sunset. Also, the code sent to me that got me into the front door DID NOT work for my room door on either of the two days I stayed there, so I had to be on the phone with an agent helping me for 15-30 minutes each day, giving me new codes to try. This system of having no employees on site and no room keys does not function if the codes don't work!!!
