"The property is 25-30 minutes away from the airport. The area is not good at all. The property is very run down. The pictures must be from many years ago. The towels are poor quality. Stains on the room carpet. Cab to the airport costs 25 pounds and you have to order in advance. Breakfast is cafeteria style. The entrance of the hotel is very confusing. The front dest is on the second floor and they have to buzz you in! This is more like Motel 6! more like 1 or 2 star hotel. "

Only at hotel for 12 hours as we were between connecting flights but great relaxing night with room service. The only improvement I’d offer on website is clearer instructions on how to get to hotel via public transportation as within Heathrow hotel ring but not walking distance from terminals.
