"We tired to check in to our room just before 11pm, the code was incorrect. We went back to the lobby and by sheer luck a person who worked there ran into us. He was able to call someone to get the correct code. Customer Service is not bad it’s just not there at all. You are on your own. "

"Place was very very clean. Staff was unbelievably sweet and nice. The bed was alittle hard but that’s a personal preference. Other than that. The room was immaculately clean had enough amenities in the room. The breakfast was pretty good considering could have been a little better but not bad at all the coffee is amazing. A day before checking in, I called the hotel and spoke to Rachel requesting an early check in, if they were able to accommodate it. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my family and other families traveling with our team had an easy and smooth process. We also requested a late check out, which they had no trouble accommodating. The hotel is clean and in a great location. We had a great experience and will be back! "
