The property itself was nice. Good location & convenient. Could use some outdoor seating. The neighbors were friendly.

Hawks Nest

House was clean and had everything needed. The host responded quickly. Parking was adequate for 2 trailers. We are happy with our stay and will be going back.

Riding the Hatfield and McCoys trails

The house is a little run down, floors crooked, carpet stained up, etc but for what I was staying there for it was just fine for me. The ac works, full kitchen and bathroom, everything worked and was clean for what it is. If your going riding with some buddies it's good..

The only knocks on the house would be parking space and all three bedrooms being setup for couples. If one room would have two beds in it that would've been perfect

Dump

Property is very run down. The floor is unleveled and awkward. There were air fresheners in almost all outlets to mask smell. Mini blinds were torn up. Carpet dirty and stained. Cabinet doors don’t stay shut. Unbelievable that this would be rented out like this. Other people’s old food in fridge. The neighborhood is trashy. Dogs outside right next door and across street barking all night. We didn’t get much sleep.
