Located on the third floor of this oceanfront condominium complex at Durant Station, this three-bedroom/two-bath, 1,120 sq ft. unit is the perfect place to enjoy the solitude of your own private oasis yet make the social connections that enliven your vacation story. Wake up each morning to a glorious oceanfront sunrise from a king bedroom suite that captures an island ambience with a pastel color palette. A second bedroom features a queen bed and a third bedroom, two twins. All the bedrooms have their own TVs. A larger flat-screen TV is located in the living room, although the view just outside from the furnished deck may be the show that grabs your attention more than any other. The spacious, well-stocked kitchen offers an eat-at counter and a separate dining area with a table for six for those meals you choose to prepare when not exploring the local restaurants. On non-beach days, use the table for games and puzzles to pass the time. ISLAND TIME takes great pride in its Outer Banks location as evidenced by local artwork and the collection of adult and children’s books highlighting the history of the area and its seafaring culture.

Plus, enjoy the many amenities and community features the Durant Station condos offer including a community clubhouse featuring a gathering space with a full kitchen, electric fireplace, pool table, and a TV. Luggage carts available on the first level. Enjoy an ocean view while you do laundry in the first-level coin-operated laundry facility.
