"This property is massive as far as the number of rooms. We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after a day of hiking. What a disappointment that there was only one tiny hot tub for a thousand people. The pool area was packed and way too small. Each house of rooms should have their own pool and hot tub since they are all the size of most hotels. The room was clean and staff friendly however the pillows were lumpy and should be replaced and the towels thin. I woke up during the night because the person in the next door room had a coughing attack. The walls are very thin."
