Phenomenal location, good bed comfort, great housekeeping and room cleanliness. The rooms themselves are tiny, extremely noisy in terms of the building/pipes/aircon etc, the ‘gym’ isn’t a gym… staff were ok nothing special Overall the price didn’t match the hotel which is the reason for the low score. If you’re from the UK this hotel is similar to a travelodge.

Great location. We took the Q70 from LGA to the subway and it was a quick walk from 7th and 53rd over to the hotel. Friendly staff on arrival. Love the breakfast each morning. Highly recommend.

Location is near perfect for my work in Midtown. It’s away from the bustle of Broadway but easy access to rehearsal spaces in Hell's Kitchen and the theaters are a walkable distance or I can hop in a train. The rooms are a bit small like most hotels in town, but the quality of the hotel is high enough that it doesn’t matter if I’m only there for a few nights.

Very fun and happening hotel.

Room was clean, bed uncomfortable. Staff were not very friendly.
