「Clean & very convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Linens being included was a huge plus! Family friendly yard & in house activities. Would rebook this house.」

「Samantha was great to work with. In addition to linens and cookware, the rental has a portable crib, games, puzzles, books, and umbrellas for those rainy baseball days!」

「The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

「We loved our stay at Abels Acres! It's so beautiful there. The house was amazing and had everything you'd need while staying there. There was plenty of space for everyone both inside and out and the game room was so fun! We saw possums, ground hogs, fire flies, turtles and a beaver. Highly recommend this property!」

「There was a issue with the VRBO and getting the check in info but the host was very responsive and helpful in getting us the information before we arrived at the property.」

「Very clean and enough room for my family.」

「Nice natural outdoor space. Very clean indoor space with everything needed.」
