「Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. 」

「The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma. Kitchen was well appointed with anything you might need for cooking meals. The generator was great for power outages. Filtered water available. Loved the pool and dock for boat we rented from Drex. 「This house is even better in person! So beautiful and so clean. Absolutely loved staying here, very glad we chose this house. Very comfortable and the location is central to everything! 「The house was amazing. The beach was beautiful and private. We only saw 3 other people on the beach the entire time we were there. (We were there for a week). 「A hidden gem! Perfect location, beautiful view, nice facilities. The condo provided many amenities and that helped tremendously because we didn’t have to purchase the small things like spices and condiments. We didn’t partake in any of the activities at the resort other than the beach but there were several available like paddle boards, kayaks and a pool. The condo was clean and comfortable.
