The room was clean, that was the only good thing. The television didn’t work, there was no running water to take a shower and the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the desk. I went to the desk at 9 & 10 pm to talk to someone but there no one there snd no way to contact anyone. The next morning I tried to explain to a hotel worker what had happened and he said that there is always someone at the desk and became very rude so I just left. I will never use your site again

The fire alarm went off at 4am due to faulty wiring from one vacant room also u can’t charge your phone without a block it doesn’t have ANY USB plugs not even on the lamps so outdated. I had to use one of the front desk workers block just so I can have my phone charged for 8 hours of travel the next day. The room was clean and the customer service was exceptional

The hotel is dated! Towels are hard; often smell marijuana when there is a game in town

All is good. Staff was very courteous, answered all questions and tried to be very helpful. My room was lovely, huge, and comfortable. Great TV service
