"Check in was a bit of a hassle as I was informed I had two reservations in my name instead of one, and I would have to pay for both unless I cancelled one. Then was informed I had to go through Expedia and could not do it at the check in desk. Went to Expedia and got great customer service and got it cancelled. Front desk was not very helpful, telling me to use the confirmation number of the extra reservation when I did not even have it."

"Room was nice but carpet was filthy leading up to room. Broken waffle iron. Sale too. to eat poor. Staff not at desk much"

"The location was great, staff was nice and everything seemed clean. There was nothing fancy about it but it was a safe, clean spot to stay when visiting."

"The refrigerator was iced up when we got there so it didn't cool. The ice machine needs to be bigger couldn't keep up with guests. Coffee in am was out by time we got down there and no one answered the bell. Also please tell them to get a bigger refrigerator in the area of breakfast. It was totally iced up meaning the food inside was not properly cooling the items in there"
