With the added benefit of being within easy reach of Pateley Bridge which is just 4 miles away, where you can enjoy a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms.
The spa town of Harrogate lies just 12 miles away and has a Victorian Spa Baths, which are well worth a visit. There is a wide selection of both high end and high street shops, combined with a large selection of pubs, restaurants and Betty’s tea room where the afternoon tea is a must. The ancient historical city of York is 28¼ miles away, where you will find ancient winding cobbled streets, a Gothic minster, museums and lots more. The National Trust properties of Studley Royal and Fountains Abbey make for a lovely day out and are just a short drive. This area is also ideal for keen cyclists and walkers. Shop and pub 1 mile, restaurant 3¾ miles.
