Open plan kitchen/dining area and separate lounge with cosy log burner. Outdoor sauna and secluded outdoor hot tub on external decking with beautiful woodland views.. Nestling in a 29 acre oak wood with beautiful woodland and valley scenery you can relax and watch the enchanting wildlife or simply unwind in your own hot tub whilst enjoying the glorious unspoilt views of Nidderdale - an ’Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.. Nestling in a 29 acre oak wood with beautiful woodland and valley scenery you can relax and watch the enchanting wildlife or simply unwind in your own hot tub whilst enjoying the glorious unspoilt views of Nidderdale - an ’Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.. £30 off per week and £15 off per short break if booked before 9 January 2017 or £15 per week or £10 per short break if booked before 27 February 2017 (starting on or after 14 April 2017)



    No visitors allowed.

    Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the property.

    Please do not vape or smoke anything inside the lodge, light any candles or use anything with an open flame, with the sole exception when lighting the log burning stove. There is a £50 cleaning charge for non-compliance.

    Towels are included.

    Please note there is a planned power cut on Wednesday the 2nd of July 2025 between the hours of 9am and 16:30pm. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Please note the electricity will be switched off on Tuesday the 2nd of December 2025 from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Northern PowerGrid are replacing the transformer that supplies power within the area

Perfect lodge for a quiet and peaceful break with no sound except the birds. The lodge has everything you need the hosts have thought of every detail you need nothing with you except your personal items and food. Most appreciative of the bottle of wine left in the fridge for our arrival too we enjoyed it whist relaxing in the hot tub.

We loved our break at springwood the lodge was excellent very private and peaceful and the hot tub was fantastic my only criticism is we would have preferred a walk in shower otherwise it was ideal.The area was great loads to see. And do, and the hot tub and wood burner was the icing on the cake.
