"The rooms were generally dirty and damp feeling. Our room smelled kind of musty. We were initially given an uncleaned, unprepared room. We had trouble getting help at the front desk. Appeared to be understaffed."

"There was a chair in the room that needed to be thrown out. The seat cushion was broken. The tub would not drain without the plug being pulled out because it was broken there was not an end table on both sides of the bed"

"For starters. We unpacked and hung up our clothes to get settled in. The tv remote was broken in half. Went to the desk and they had to give us a different room. Air conditioning was broken. Window was broken and couldn’t open it. It was I. The 80s at night. Hotter in the room. The floor was disgusting. Dead bugs and food on it. Ceiling tiles in the bathroom were severely stained and looked like they were about to fall. Shower had very little water pressure. For what I paid for 2 nights it...

"It was a tight fit using the bathroom toilet but the room was clean and fairly quiet. Nice location close enough to walk downtown."
