"Nice room, one staff member was not great, the other was nice so I guess it evened out ha. Park nearby is beautiful. Train blocks the way in and out sometimes. Hot tub has been out of order for a very long time, maybe it’s forever, and they don’t mention that anywhere. "

"Location was good with lots of available parking. Had to put the coffee maker on the floor to be able to plug it in. Three nights and the bed was never made up. Restocking coffee didn't happen. Had to go downstairs to ask for coffee. They didn't toss the takeout bag that was on the table even if it was obviously garbage. The one light fixture over the bed didn't work."

"The outside of the building is disgusting. Our room was responsible. The sheets are old and not even a fitted sheet. The young girl in the office was very friendly. "

"The staff was friendly and very patient. The breakfast was worth the money. Fair pricing and great variety. The hot tub was down but the games room and pool was fun for everyone. Close to everything we needed. We will stay here again. Barb"
