"Close to JetBlue Park and RSW. Nice layout. Not the cleanest, and things need to be fixed (holes on back of door, scrapes on floor, poor paint job, blinds on slider don't work, the wifi stopped working so no TV either). Would be nice to have comfortable seating in yard. Not great for seniors - no grab bars in shower. Neighborhood isn't very pretty, and not a lot of shops/restaurants nearby."
