Too busy. Atrium area is like a train station. I dont like tipping in genral, but especially not for serving staff that dont make an effort - but when it is 20% already on the ticket most people dont want to make a fuss. Desk staff were quite good. Rooms were basic/functional Rooms cleaned nicely each day Weird thing with the bar/Starbucks going on. Never managed to get a starbucks because the que was too long. This is a shame because the destination fee is used as a credit for this and if you dont use it, you lose it

Very cool property. Nice to be surrounded by plants and other natural materials in the middle of NYC. Not a lot of space for personal items in the rooms but that was the only downside. Otherwise, great location, wonderful staff.
