Breakfast wasn’t good

Super convenient to everything in Times Square. Easy to walk to 5th avenue shops and Central Park from here. Cleans hotel and nice. Modern and feels new.

The most inconvenient location ever. Streets dirty around the hotel. The room was so tiny and awkwardly set up. That half your bathroom was next to the bed. The only thing in its own room was a toilet even the mirror hung next to the bed over the bathroom sink And housekeeping did a terrible job though the room was clean when we first walked in. I would never stay there again and I would never stay in that area.

The hotel staff were brilliant, service was good. A couple of points to note which were not deal breakers but perhaps can be improved. The door to our room was too short and noise insulation was bad. We can hear our neighbours coming back in the middle of the night and doors slamming. Phone in our room wasn't working very well. Sofas in the apartment for breakfast and drinks were not most comfy. It was an incredible hotel! The staff were super friendly, and the area was lovely and peaceful. We felt completely safe during our stay. The room was spacious, clean and had a modern vibe. We’ll definitely stay here again! x
