"We spent 3 gorgeous days on Len & Tina’s property. Our hosts were amazing, they made sure we had firewood and we were all set with water in the cabin. They even left us flowers and a card for our anniversary! Super nice touch. If you are lucky, Tina will take you for a rip on the ATV as this property has 80+ acres of trails to explore. If you are even more lucky, you can hit the zip line rigged across the lake. The water on the lake is crystal clear and I pulled a big rainbow trout out of the lake right before we left. Let him swim and make someone else’s weekend! If you are looking for a no frills, nature filled cabin experience this is it. Right near 3 waterfalls in west grey for day trips too! "

"We liked the greeting from Kym and her dog, both very friendly. Kym greeted us at the front door and showed us to our room. Room had everything needed, including fridge with a bit of stocked juices, exceptional tv and wide variety of channels, coffee machines with various teas and coffees, well stocked bathroom. Bathroom and bedroom extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommended."

"The stay was great. We enjoyed the lake and paddle boards and fishing in the canoe. The location is quiet and near some small towns. Went to Hogg Falls, a short drive from the cottage. Everything you need was in the cottage for your stay. It is clean and the view is lovely. Will return! "

"Great location to paddle to/from on the North Sauble River. Take ear plugs as the road is noisy at times. Bbq was discussing, dont plan on using it"

"Enjoyable stay"

"The Livery House was the perfecr location for my short stay im Hanover. The room waa clean with ample towel service, a/c and really good coffee. The staff promptly atttended to a query I had which waa great. Two points of note, the rooms are not quite sound-proof as the sound from other guests was quite loud. Not a fault of the location though. I was also afraid of floodimg the bathroom as the drain from the shower was a little slow. Alll in all, a great little spot to lay my head for a night or two. "
