Absolut unerklärlich, weswegen es scheinbar über Monate nicht möglich war, die Fensterbänke außen zu säubern. Auch der Fensterrahmen ist schon Ewigkeiten nicht mehr gesäubert worden. Gleiches gilt für die blau beleuchtete Trennwand zwischen Garderobe und Kühlschrank/Arbeitsplatz. Die ist echt gelungen, allerdings darf man das Licht nicht bei Dunkelheit anschauen. Denn dann wird man dort viele angetrocknete Flüssigkeiten erkennen, deren Herkunft unter Umständen besser verborgen bleiben sollte. Ansonsten klappte alles gut, die Klimaanlage gibt ihr bestes, schafft es aber nicht, an warmen Tagen das Zimmer auf unter 22° zu kühlen, obwohl 19° als Wunschtemperatur (tiefste Einstellung) ausgewählt wurde. Die Dusche funktioniert sehr gut, das ist absolut lobenswert und auch alles andere ist tadellos. Die Frühstückauswahl ist großzügig und reichhaltig, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und aufmerksam. Es besteht allerdings keinerlei Wille, das der Übernachtungsgast sein Frühstück als Lunchpaket mitnehmen könnte. Nicht einmal ein Stück Alufolie ist man gewillt dem Gast zu geben, damit er sich belegte Brötchen einpacken könnte. Das habe ich in all den Jahren noch nie erlebt, unfassbar. Das Frühstück ist übrigens im Zimmerpreis inkludiert und ich war fünf Tage zu Gast. Dennoch keinerlei Entgegenkommen … Die Lage des Hotels ist prima, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und die Straßenbahn fährt vor der Tür ab. Alles in allem eine durchaus empfehlenswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

Der Service war wirklich super. Besonders ihr Kollege der die Nachtschicht am 12.07.23 hatte war sehr zuvorkommend. Hat uns per Telefon zum Hotel gelotzt und der Empfang war sehr toll. Hat sich die Zeit genommen uns alles zu erklären. Sehr empfehlenswert der nächste Aufenthalt in Hannover wird immer das Hotel sein. Zimmer sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Sehr schade das wir nur eine Nacht gebucht haben.

sauberes, ruhiges und sehr gut ausgestattetetes Hotel mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Einzig und allein die nicht erreichbare Telefonnummer machte die Vereinbarung des Check-ins schwierig, was sich dann aber vor Ort problemlos gestaltete.

Was wirklich ärgerlich war, dass am Abreisemorgen das warme Wasser in meinem Zimmer komplett ausgefallen war. Der 8 malige telefonische Versuch jemanden im zuständigen Hotel Wienecke telefonisch zu erreichen scheiterte.Da nahm niemand ab. Ich wurde immer an ein externen Berater weitergeleitet , der sich immer wieder erneut entschuldigte, aber mir 8x mitteilte dass er mir bei TechnikProblemen nicht helfen könnte. Niemand duscht mit eiskaltem Wasser.Auf eine E-Mail habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.Ich würde da gerne wieder übernachten , vielleicht lässt sich das Hotel ja eine positive Idee einfallen um mich zurückzugewinnen.Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und kompetent,nur kann ich aufgrund der Nichterreichbarkeit keine guten Noten vergeben .

sehr ruhig, kostenfreie parkplätze auch für e-autos mit ladestation, gute anbindung, zimmer sind gut ausgestattet (wannbad, kleiderschrank, tresor, tablet, 50 zoll tv), sauberkeit ist in ordnung, personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. frühstückspreis ist m.M.n. zu hoch. zimmerpreis ist wirklich im guten leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr ruhig von außen -Zimmertüren schließen relativ laut.Beim Check in gab es techn. Probleme, die rasch gelöst wurden..Die Zimmer sind für nach meiner Meinung funktionell und ansprechend gestaltet. Es sind aber 2 Stufen im Zimmer, so dass man beim Aufstehen nachts Licht braucht. Straßenbahnhaltestelle in nächster Nähe - optimal.

Man musste sich an einem Automaten anmelden und bezahlen, soweit ok. Die Buchungsbestätigung wurde dann aber nicht ausgedruckt (Drucker war defekt, am nächsten Tag auch noch). Zudem hatte ich über Expedia gebucht und hatte bei der Buchung angezeigt bekommen, daß das Frühstück inclusive sei. Das war es aber nicht, wie sich am nächsten Morgen herausstellte.

Für meinen Messebesuch bin ich auf das Hotel Wiehberg gestoßen. Perfekt für Messebesucher. In 10 min ist man bei der Messe. Das Frühstück ist üppig.

Modernes Hotel zum günstigen Preis

Ich war überrascht, dass die Rezeption sowie das Frühstück 200m vom Zimmer entfernt waren (auch wenn das tatsächlich in der Buchungsbestätigung steht) Das Zimmer selbst war modern, grosszügig und pfiffig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Über die nahegelegen Tramhaltestelle ist man in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof.

Wir waren zufrieden!

Hätte es noch eine Klimaanlage gegeben wäre es noch besser gewesen. Leider war es darum im Zimmer sehr drückend und zu warm. Da es auch kein fliegengitter gibt ist das lüften mit dem eindringen von Schnaken und Insekten verbunden :( Aber der Rest des Zimmers ist top gelöst. Frühstück auch sehr gut. Alles da was man braucht um gut in den Tag zu starten 👍🏼

Das Zimmer machte auf den ersten Blick einen modernen und komfortablen Eindruck. Das Bad war ebenfalls ansprechend, hatte aber einige Mängel. 1. Am Waschtisch funktionierte der Seifenspender nicht. Mit einer Nadel konnte dieser aber wieder etwas gangbar gemacht werden. 2. Der Duschschlauch der Badewanne lies sich leider nicht nutzen, da der Schalthebel mehr als schwergängig ging. Auch stand die Tapete an einigen Stellen ab. Ebenfalls war ich etwas überrascht, bei meiner Anreise Niemanden im Hotel anzutreffen, nur eine Telefonnummer wo es anzurufen galt. Die Rechnung die es zu bezahlen galt, konnte man ebenfalls nicht vor Ort begleichen, musste dies in einem Nachbarhotel begleichen. Da es sich hier nur um kleine Mängel handelt, würde ich das Hotel dennoch weiterempfehlen. Nur sollte es einen Mitarbeiter geben, welcher ab und an, die Mängel aufnimmt und beseitigen lässt.
