"Breakfast buffet not 5 star. Expensive for what it was. Spa didn't work in the bathroom. Spa outside was dirty."

"The woman who checked us in was very friendly. The two bedroom family unit worked well for a family of four with young children. The adjacent studio unit was comfortable for two adults. The inn provided towels to use at the thermal pools, which were a short walk away. Air source heat pumps kept the room nice and warm for the fall."

"When I arrived, I found I had been alloted an upstairs unit. As the stairs were steep, and I had a knee injury, I was kindly moved to a downstairs unit. This was an upgrade, at no extra cost. I was very grateful. Staff very pleasant, and amenities excellent. Easy walk to pools and shops. I would stay again."
