Phoenix Hotel was wonderful. We will stay here the next time we come to London. Location was perfect. Close to Bayswater subway station and lots of restaurants and little grocery. The breakfast was great. We were very happy with our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The included breakfast was very good.
The stair case down to our room was very tight. Nowhere to put a suitcase other than on the floor. There were no towel bars in the bathroom.

"Stayed 12th-14th june. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean etc. Only one downfall .... I booked a room and they charged me to park in the carpark 😂 , but when you go outside and look at the signs. It says free from Friday to Sunday. But otherwise excellent.
