Check in and out was super easy, we were met at the airport with our buggy on arrival. "Very comfortable, clean, incredibly easy to communicate with. Drop and pick up staff was very helpful, and informative and super prompt. Water pressure in shower was awesome, bed and pillows was my loss of one star. Flat pillows. Over 4.9 stars. Loved everything. "

"Great location and suited our needs. Private pool area to keep away from the crowds. Close walk to beach and other facilities on Catseye beach. Only down side was nowhere to hang clothes and no one came to fix it. No Wifi but advertised, would not connect no matter what we tried"
