"Very long wait to check in, lobby quite dirty, very long line for breakfast, food was average at best, waited 25 mins for a coffee that was terrible, and arrived after I finished my food. Overall entire experience - poor value for price."

"It is surprising to arrive and informed had to share bathroom. Did not have privacy. Where was the information before hand. We were blindsided and couldn’t rebook elsewhere. Terrible. Avoid this hotel if you know what is best."

"Don’t arrive after 10pm, we had arranged 11pm check in but when we arrived they made us wait in the car for 30 minutes until someone turned up to check us in. The pool was filthy so couldn’t swim. The apartment had no windows but it had a skylight in the bedroom so we were woken up early every morning (terrible design). Good location, big apartment, expensive parking."
