Excellent Service, But Mold Everywhere!

First room assigned had mold all around the entrance to the bathroom. Went down to the front desk and they were very, very apologetic about it. Despite the hotel being fully booked they were able to assign me a second room. Unfortunately, the second room also had a little mold around the aircon vent and inside the bathroom. It was the only alternative available, so I just had to deal with it. Aside from the mold problem, everything else was fine. I don't care at all whether a facility is old or not, but I draw the line at hygiene and cleanliness. I would have only given 1 star due to the mold problem, but since the staff were very accommodating and helpful I'm bumping it up to 2 stars. If cleanliness and mold doesn't really bother you, this hotel is actually a good deal due to good location and reasonable pricing. However, if mold bothers you then I would suggest you find a different hotel.

廊下の人声さえなければ、静かな良い部屋でした。浴室壁にうすく、でも手のひら数枚分の広さで、黒っぽいカビ様のものが見えて、タオルで拭き取れました。部屋のカギのバーを壁の穴から外すと電灯も換気扇も止まる仕様のようなので、仕方ないのかもしれません。ほかに、洗面台のオーバーフロー用（あふれ防止）の穴の縁にも歴年のものと思しき黒褐色の付着物ありました。これはなんとかなるかも、です。

ユニットバスが不潔だった。洗面台に髪の毛が付いていたり、壁やシャワーカーテンもカビが何ヶ所も見られた。 浴槽の排水口も詰まっていて、水がなかなか流れなかったのも不満です。 建物が古くてもきちんと掃除してあれば、不満も感じないのに、残念です。

ウエルカムドリンクや朝食は充実しています、過去に20泊以上利用させてもらっていて近くの繁華街にいつも行くお店があり毎度酔ってすぐに寝てしまっていました。 何故か翌日腰痛になりお酒のせいかと思っていましたがこの度ベットが固いことに気が付きました。 固いベットが好みの方にはお勧めします。

部屋が狭い事は事前に口コミで分かってたのですが、思ってた以上に狭かったです。 しかも、ツインのベッドの１つは簡易ベッド（ソファーベッドにマットを乗せたもの）だったので、高さが違ってるだけでなく、少し斜めになってました。 朝食サービスは料金の割にお得感がありました。味も普通に美味しかったです。

ロビーの食事場所は少し狭いので、ホテルの特性で少人数の宿泊客が中心なので、テーブルは４人用に付けず、それぞれ独立して置いておく方が座る場所が多くなると思います。ハッピーアワーの一杯サービスや朝食サービスは最高です。サービスとは思えない通常のビジネスホテルの朝食です。今回も再利用ですがまた利用します。

滞在しての感想

ツインの部屋を予約しましたが、ベッドが同じではなく、マットの硬さも全く異なり、形状も異なっていました。ツインではなく簡易ベットが備え付けられた感じでした。また、隣の家が廃墟のようで、低層の部屋だった事も重なり、雰囲気が悪くなるので、カーテンを開けることもができませんでした。 更に、朝食のバイキングが付いていましたが、ロビーから丸見えで、落ち着いて食べることができませんでした。
