"Great place. Lots of wildlife to watch. Hummingbirds are great to watch. Nice and quiet. Water was low, but we still played and went kayaking. If you are a cook or want to grill, it has many options. I used the smoker, grill, and flat top while we were there. Don't drive past the flags."

"The house is an older house and a bit rough around the edges but it's on the lake. The path to the private dock can get a little rough but is doable. The private dock was great! We spend most of our time down there in the evenings. The stone part of the house with the spiral staircase was beautiful and interesting. We did find a few mouse droppings in the cupboard and a mouse trap. One of the patio doors is very difficult to open and close. Again, it's a bit rough around the edges but it was adequate for my purposes (fishing with my brothers)."

"This cabin is great. Everything needed for a weekend stay. Very clean and amazingly decorated and comfortable . Close to the lake, ramps, and towns. A definite go back for us. The neighbors are very sweet."

"We often seek out vrbo homes when available for our away projects which was the case here. In this case I caught myself often wishing my family with grandkids were with us. Such a perfect place for everyone to be accommodated. Everything was so clean, unique and so well put together.Everything we needed was here and if we had not been working so much would have been able to enjoy it more and take advantage of all of it’s amenities.Very close to the lakes and very quiet area. Every room could be independently cooled and or heated. In our case cooling was the preference. Kids would love the cool bunk beds and spiral staircase. If We’re ever back in that area we will definitely check availability here. Loved it!!!"

"This was my 3rd time coming back to this wonderful place in a pecan orchard. It's the best getaway from all the noise and a chance to enjoy the quiet life. There is also kayaking, hiking, and a visit to the Mercantile to see the Pioneer Woman. Our Cabin was outstanding, and our host, Dr. Ben, was exceptional. I can't wait to go back next year."
