「One of the best rooms I’ve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Weren’t rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.」

Has a great breakfast included, which we only realized the second day. Can be pricey depending on when you are visiting but truly a great hotel in a great location! 」

The room was ok. It was the smallest bathroom without a vent fan. I like a hot shower and without a fan it’s very steamy for a long time. Was not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. I didn’t feel as if I would catch a disease. Could have been cleaner. The sink had cracks in it.

「Upon arrival the smell of hotel was remarkable. It’s smelled clean without any chemical smell. The hotel was emasculate. We saw many staff members cleaning. Of course I left a tip in my rooom. The staff deserve a lot of praise for the cleanliness of their facility. The layout of the room was different than IHG and we liked it a lot. They had a large desk center of the room. The room felt warm and inviting. The shower pressure was amazing and the products for shampoo conditioner were all animal...
「This was the best place we’ve stayed in our three days of traveling. Randy at the front desk was wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and his Mickey Mouse watch was a fun detail that made us smile. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having “Welcome, Shannon” displayed on the TV when we entered our room. The only drawback was the heavy traffic in the area; what should have been a five-minute drive often took closer to twenty. Overall, though, our stay was very pleasant and memorable.」
