This cruise ship's itinerary includes the following: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina by 12:10 PM for embarkation. After lunch, cruise on South East Halong Bay, then swimming at Titop island. Visit Luon Grotto for row boating or kayaking, then reboard for evening activities, dinner, and overnight aboard the ship. Day 2: After Tai Chi and light breakfast, head to a little known cave in Halong Bay: Maze Cave. After check-out, buffet brunch is served while returning to Tuan Chau Wharf for disembarkation by 11:45 AM.

My stay is comfortable but the only thing ti suggest is there is no hot water all the time for your tea if you need them the bartender always said no more hot water all finished so you will until meal has to be serve

我原本預訂了2天的郵輪行程，出發前，意外的被GrayLine告知當天已經接待了其他的團客，所以我只能被迫更改日期或是取消行程。但是GrayLine很盡責地替我安排了其他同等級的郵輪行程，叫作Halong Phoenix Cruiser Day Tour。 Phoenix Cruise的導遊很棒！解說很詳細，也很負責，郵輪上的餐點也不錯！ 美中不足的是：原本郵輪上的旅客大概只有10位。第一天吃午餐時，忽然默默地多了許多陌生人，讓郵輪客滿了，這些陌生人似乎是船員的家人，剛好郵輪上還有空房，所以一起上郵輪同樂。雖然大部分的時間，他們沒有跟我們一起參與島上或海上的活動，不會影響旅客的行程，但因為船員的家人帶了好幾個孩子來，孩子們會在甲板上玩耍，跑來跑去，尖叫嘻笑，讓其他遊客無法好好享受安靜的海上時刻。晚餐時，他們佔據了整個餐廳開 family party，一直到深夜才結束，讓原本的旅客都不好意思去打擾他們。雖然郵輪上的服務很好，但這樣的感受真是太奇怪了！如果船員能夠提前徵詢旅客們的同意，或是事先告知旅客，這樣才是比較尊重旅客的作法。

Barco pequeño y muy recomendable. Excelente atención y comida. Personal muy atento. Actividades incluídas. Por poner un pero, no había wifi disponible y fue un hándicap aunque hicieron lo posible para que nos pudiéramos conectar y solucionar vuelos pendientes. Más que suficiente para 1 o 2 noches.

Great Overnight Halong Trip (worth the price)

My wife and I stayed in one of the cabins with a terrace overnight and really enjoy it. From the terrace we took so many beautiful pictures of the bay. The cabin was clean and the bathroom had a spa tub that worked. The cabin had a nice big window right in front of the bed where we could just lay in bed and still see the bay mountains. We enjoyed the food and thought the whole cruise was great. So, we recommend Gray Line Cruises. I looked at a lot of cruises and decided that this one seemed a good price for being highly recommended by many of their other customers. And, we were very glad we did.

Najgorszy statek na jakim można się znaleźć

Ciężko opisać poziom dramatu tego miejsca. Statek jest okrutnie stary, nie wygląda absolutnie tak jak na zdjęciach. Wszystko się sypie. Brakuje gorącej wody podprysznicem. Po chwili wody nie było. Jedzenie to smutny żart. Obsługa w żadnym stopniu nie zna sngielskirgo!!!!

Great tour, great staff

Overall we had a great tour, highly recommend it. We got the transfer from Hanoi, picked up at the hotel by a cheery guide called Sunny Day, who was fantastic and helpful throughout the whole trip. The crew were very polite and again helpful. The room was comfortable. Great value for money.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Gray Cruise ist grundsolide, sauber, freundlich. Die Kabinen sind bequem und gut klimatisiert. Das es keine Luxus Cruise ist merkt man vielleicht am essen, das eher bodenständig aber lecker ist, aber natürlich auch am guten Preis. Wir hatten eine tolle Reise, Anfang Juni war es nicht so voll wie vielleicht zu anderer Zeit. Personal sehr aufmerksam, essen war ebenfalls gut, allerdings eher westlich als asiatisch. Die Aktivitäten waren OK, die Höhlen Besichtigung war allerdings spektakulär. Empfehlung wenn man nicht den Riesen Luxus braucht, aber trotzdem uneingeschränkt die halong Bucht genießen will.

Cruise is definitely the best way to see the area, as there’s not a lot to do otherwise. It is very good value for money, considering the activities you get to experience and the amount of food you get. We stayed for 2 days/1 night and got to hike Ti-top island, kayak through Lyon cave and visit the largest cave discovered in Halong bay. We were fed 4 times in total; lunch on arrival, dinner, early morning breakfast and light lunch before departure. The room on the cruise is adequate and clean enough. Obviously not 5* hotel standard but it is in line with a small cruise expectation. One thing to be mindful of drinks is not included, you get one bottle of free water each in the room but everything else is billed at the end of the stay. The prices of alcoholic drinks are normal London prices so do not expect the Vietnam prices. I would recommend this tour to my friends & family and would be happy to go on the cruise again.

L organisation est très bien ficelé, via un supplément on peut passer vous prendre à l aéroport pour rejoindre l' agence. Depuis l'agence une navette vous emmène au bateau. Ce dernier est l'une des plus confortable que j'ai pu voir pendant le séjour. Les repas et les activités sont inclus.

We did the 2 night stay and was well worth it! Well organised with a good mix of relaxation and activities. The drinks are needlessly very pricey on the boat, the same as we would pay at home (only place in Vietnam where we encountered this - even on our day trips around the bay the drinks were half the price). You should keep track and be careful with the offers as our bill was wrong at the end! Food was good BUT we got food poisoning on the last day so be careful what you eat on the last morning - we suspect food wasn’t stored properly from leaving the port the day before. This meant we lost a day of holiday recovering. Despite the negatives, this was a good trip with lots to do and very friendly and fun staff.

The scenery was spectacular. The boat was a little bit aged but fine and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and although they were busy they always found time for you if you needed it. Overall a very lovely 3 days.

The experience is great! With an additional top-up for another kid of 5 yr-old, our room was set-up with additional single bed which made the night stay very comfortably. Our private terrace was awesome! We can enjoy great view from the private terrace with peace of mind once our kids were asleep! Tour guide, cabin captain and crews were friendly, helpful and attentive! As for food wise, it would be great if there were more variety added to include Asian food option for the Dinner. Overall, this is a a great cruise experience!
