We had a fantastic stay , starting with a surprise room upgrade! Amazing room with a jacuzzi. Staff were so attentive . Stella who worked so hard in the restaurant was fantastic, so personable, warm and friendly, She made us feel like a family member! The hotel is well located and uber & bolt are very affordable and quick. The rooftop pool has amazing views . We had an incredible couples massage in the spa , which I would highly recommend .

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good facilities and wide choice of breakfast items. Central location in Gzira and near the waterfront for boat trips and ferries as well as bus services. Room was a little warm due to hotel centralised air conditioning system though a fan was provided which was useful.

Good location for visiting Valletta and other places on the island, however it’s very busy and not very picturesque. Room spacious and clean however it was not what we booked. Paid extra for city view but looked into other room balconies. Breakfast adequate. Pool area cramped, too many beds in too small an area. Broken brollies and expensive drinks.

The hotel was really nice and had good amenities, but I didn’t like the fact that I paid for late checkout and they called me on the hotel phone at 11:17 saying that checkout was at 11, when I paid for an extra hour, they need to communicate better

Good sized room and balcony. Unfortunately poor view from our balcony as courtyard and adjoining properties don't look great. Some equipment like gym equipment, sauna bench and our bathroom sink were in need of attention. Room temperature was fine for first days but on 2nd last night of our stay they centrally changed the setting so was too hot in our room and knew wouldn't sleep well. I complained but reception said they could not change the temperature until the next day which was not acceptable. The temperature setting was adjusted the next day but had not response from manager despite being told I would receive an explanation / apology. Breakfast was good with choice of cold and hot options. I would recommend Grands Suites but be aware surrounding area and views from room balcony may be poor although rooftop terrace has a stunning view.

Very clean and friendly staff. Not many subnets or umbrellas but we stayed during a heatwave in malta. Location is good but did spend a lot on ubers/ bolt to major areas. Not that close to supermarkets like lidl to buy cooking foods.

We like the spacious suite room, very comfortable with a small fully equipped kitchen. Bed is comfortable and place is clean. 2 pools one rooftop infinity pool where the breakfast is served and the indoor pool with steam and sauna , though small was very relaxing after a full day of walking. The buffet breakfast is lovely with full breakfast. Overall happy with the stay and location.
