"The room was fine as far as size and amenities. However, the upholstery on both chairs in the room was absolutely shredded. I have never seen anything like it in any hotel I have ever stayed in, even the most humble. And I have traveled to 21 countries and most US states. It really gave me a bad feeling. Sorry, but that’s how I felt."
