The front desk was professional and helpful. The room was fine for a one night stay although the air conditioner was loud. My complaint was the tub, which appeared to have soap scum.

It was ok for the price. Bed was fine for me my husband thought it was too soft tho. One nice thing was we were able to leave cash for the deposit and then get it back right away in the morning instead of having to wait for it to go back on a card. The breakfast was not much we didn’t even stay for it.

This is our third stay here in the last two weeks and we stayed here twice last year as well. It is a fine hotel, well maintained and Bruce at the front desk is a very welcoming presence. Nothing about our room was substandard, no items needing maintenance. We will never fail to stay at the Territorial Inn on our trips to Wisconsin from South Texas.

Pillows were not good. Carpeting on floor...not a good choice for a dog friendly hotel. Loved that it was dog friendly. Great customer service...when we could get volume on a TV station a gentleman went reset the antenna.

We always stay here! The service is great, you never have to worry about them giving your room away when you arrive laye and the rooms are clean and comfy!
