「Honestly I had a good time here. No complaints. The staff was lovely. So kind and sweet and helpful. Also very attentive. They were fast and efficient. The place was clean and smelled very nice. The area was spacious. The AC was great, it got cold super fast. I loved it. The location is in the heart of everything yet secluded and I liked that. The water outside is warm so you can get in even if it’s a bit nippy. My 9 year old also loved his stay. 」

「No elevator. Stairs right from pavement to the 4th floor. Rooms nicely done. No coffee machine in room. Great aircon. Nice bed. Nice bathroom. Large room. 」

「Great hostel type environment. Quiet private bedroom, shared bathroom/shower areas quite clean. Did not use pool but it looks great.」

「Hotel was very clean in a great location in Old San Juan and the price was lower than other nearby properties. Road noise overnight was very loud. Shower was a little bit of a challenge being tucked into a corner and the rain shower head being closer to the glass than the center of the shower, but we made it work. 」
