Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Avoid the elevators and stress and park directly on the 3rd floor!!!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and FREE WIFI! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with beverage cooler, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, there is an additional sleeper sofa Queen in the living room for occupancy up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This was absolutely the best vacation property we’ve rented. Clean, spacious, well-equipped. Plenty of extra items (trash bags, coffee filters, detergent). We always bring our own but it was nice to have back-up items. Beach toys, chairs and umbrella. Great pools. Parking on the same level as condo. Can’t wait to visit again!

It was a beautiful place to stay. The condo was nice and set-up perfectly for three couples. The large balcony where we spent most of our time had a great view of the beach and the pool.

This was our second year to stay here. We live the fact that you can enter from the parking garage and you are a few steps to your condo. The complex provides shopping carts for assisting with your bags etc. This condo is beautifully decorated and has anything you may need, from pots and pans to sippy cups for your children. The views are amazing and so peaceful in the AM drinking your coffee. We loved the pools and hot tubs. Pheonix Staff were up before 7 every morning preparing for the day. Making sure the pools were clean not only inside but the area around the pools. The bathrooms near the pool area was always clean and never destroyed. The complex was free of trash and we never encountered anyone that was not nice. We cooked outside on the grills a couple of nights and they were bigger grills not small ones. I noticed the next day a staff member was cleaning all the grills which I thought was great!! We even ordered pizza and had it delivered. All in all I will return to this condo in the future. We had 11 in our party and there was plenty of room. We also rented a unit on the 4th floor for the rest of our family.

It was a spacious and wonderful condo. Easy access to beach. Our grandson loved the pool with slide. The condo was very clean and well kept. Very convenient and close to restaurants and stores. Loved to be able to park on the level of condo! I would certainly recommend this condo for to others. 5 stars all the way!

Check in was fast and easy. The kitchen was awesome. It was very well stocked. We brought supplies for cleaning the kitchen and also for the laundry but it was stocked with everything. We also had plenty of coffee and creamer, we were very happy with the amenities and everything there. We hope we get to stay there again.

Family trip

We had an amazing time staying here with our group of 10. The condo was wonderful and well stocked with the essentials. The ease of parking was so convenient. The beach was beautiful. I would recommend this condo and locarion to anyone.

Perfect Location

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, with the comforts and all the amenities of home, this condo has it. Basically anything outside of food and washing detergent was in our condo! It was clean, disinfected, and gorgeous! The view is amazing and the entire staff on site did a great job of security and friendliness. Our family had the best vacation we’ve had in years on the Gulf and we will return to 302. Thank you and God bless!

Perfect Spring Break trip

Very well-furnished condo with virtually everything we could have needed. Beach access is great. Condo had all of the necessities well stocked. We spent a ton of time sitting on the large balcony. The only very minor thing that I would improve would be that the internet speed was quite slow. Of course, we didn’t spend a lot of time online, but when we needed to get online, it was pretty slow. We are already hoping to come back soon and this condo willl be high on our list.

Memory Maker

Our family takes a trip together each year to make memories rather than exchanging Christmas gifts. This was by far our favorite. Accommodations couldn’t have been any better. Location was exactly what we were hoping for, right on the ocean front. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Beach girls trip

The property was astounding! It was absolutely beautiful. Overlooked beach and ocean. Beds were comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Perfect for our Girls Trip

The condo was so beautiful and was accurately depicted. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our group of 6 girls. The pools, hot tubs and beach were easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a condo in Gulf Shores. Our only recommendation would be to bring cookware along if you plan on preparing a meal for a larger group.

We had a great trip and enjoyed this rental so much. So clean, had everything we needed for our week stay. So many extras you dont typically see in a rental like toiletries in the bathrooms, coffee, creamer and coffee filters, in the kitchen, ect. Best VRBO ever!

We stayed in this beautiful condo for the past month and it is by far the best VRBO we have ever rented. It is a beautiful and comfortable home away from home. It is beautifully furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some! It was impeccably clean upon arrival. The view from the wide balcony is fantastic! Property manager, Michael, was prompt to answer any questions or concerns we had. Looking forward to returning again next year!
