  • "This magnificent upper floor corner unit will have you never wanting to leave! The views that span from Island Royale 906 are seemingly endless. This large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is impeccably decorated and has been recently updated. The fully stocked kitchens everything you need to be comfortable while you are on vacation. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 people with its kings bed in the master suite, king bed in one guest room and a double in the second guest space. There is even a sleeper sofa in the living room for a little added space. There are 3 flat screen TVs, 2 DVD players and WiFi to keep you connected and entertained! To top it off you will have your own washer and dryer in house for your convenience.

    Island Royale is a beach front property making it easy to access the white sandy gulf coast everyday. Other amenities that this property includes are a swim through indoor/outdoor pool, child's pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room overlooking the beach and BBQ grills. There is a convenient boardwalk that leads straight out to the beach and is equipped with showers for your return! The property features covered parking and two elevators making moving about the building a breeze. This location is prime for experiencing all that Gulf Shores has to offer in the way of dining, shopping and recreation all within a short 5 minute walk. Make sure to check it all out!

This condo far exceeded our expectations, the kitchen had every pot, pan and dish needed. The furnishings were plentiful and comfortable. And those views from the balcony are gorgeous at sunrise and at sunset.

We called at 3:00pm for the door access code and we were told the condo wasn't clean - at 4:00 we call back to discover it had been clean all along and we were waiting in the heat. We would not have gotten access then if we didn't insist on them contacting housekeeping to confirm. The location and the property were GREAT! We would definitely recommend.

Great beach view. Easy access to parking. Elevator access to all floors. Carts were available to transport luggage, supplies, etc. from parking lot to the condo. Condo was roomy and comfortable.The big negatives were the television service was terrible. Dish Network was constantly freezing and buffering and we had to re-boot the Dish box constantly, especially the bedroom with the Gulf view. Also the TV’s didn’t get all of the same channels. Family room no Fox, ABC, CBS while bedroom did. Another bedroom the maintenance guy couldn’t get the TV to work at all. In addition the cleanliness was a question mark. When we arrived the bathroom by kitchen had the sanitary paper band on toilet but toilet bowl had yellowish brown water in it. It took a couple flushes to clear it out. I pulled the toilet tank lid off to look in tank and the tank and under side of lid was covered in black mold. Walking on the laminate floors with socks on and our socks got filthy. We didn’t bring the dirt in. Never walked on the beach and our shoes were always on pavement. Dishwasher top rack is adjustable but wouldn’t hold level with light dishware in it so it gets in a bind and wouldn’t pull out or push in. I had to put it back into the track to get it out. Only used it one time to make sure dishes, glasses and silverware we used were actually clean.

Thank you Bender for helping us to get this unit. We are very disappointed we can’t rent next year! Please let us know if the owners change their mind about renting for the winter.
