The property was clean and the condo was awesome. But the guards at the entrance were rude and not helpful at all. Overall it was great once we were able to get checked in.

Disappointing

Not clean TV’s did not work Refrigerator took 8 hours to cool. Property manager said it always takes that long to cool and that they have had previous problems. Overall the worst place we have stayed as far as cleanliness customer care and appliances

Perfect Vacation Spot for Anyone

Easy check in, great view of the Gulf from the balcony. The condo itself was clean thru and thru. The condo complex grounds, clean and well maintained. There were security guards around the property, which i enjoyed and felt safe. All amenities inside the condo were in working order and clean. The swimming pool, kiddie pool, all were clean and maintained. The on-site restaurant that we frequented a few times, the food was always good. No complaints with this condo, and i plan on staying here again. This condo and Ft Morgan in general is the perfect family getaway.

Such a great place!!

Such a great and clean place to stay with family! It was the best location to the pool and beach and had everything we needed and then some! The beach chairs and toys were such a great bonus! Will definitely be back!

Great Place to Relax and Unwind

This 2nd floor unit is in a great location for relaxing and enjoying all that Alabama’s gulf coast has to offer. The kitchen has everything needed to accommodate “normal” baking or cooking. A stove, oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee pot, and hand mixer are present. The living areas are comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is some wear and tear to cabinetry and countertop but that is to be expected. In general, the unit is very clean and comfortable. Board games and movies are also on hand. The unit contains a very nice washer/dryer combo for keeping up with beach towels and swimsuits. On-site, you will find tennis courts, horseshoes, basketball, pools, hot tub, putting green, outdoor barbecues, etc. There is quite literally something for everyone, including a very shallow kiddie pool.

Great vacation

Pros: location, views, very tastefully decorated, very comfortable (felt at home) Cons, only minor in nature and noted only to assist in improving: the fitted sheets kept coming off the mattress, again this is only a minor inconvenience. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with our stay.

3rd time staying here

This was our 3rd time staying in this condo and it was great as usual. The upgrades made last year (new washer and dryer and bathroom upgrade) are very nice. The balcony has so much room and it's where we spend most of our time. There are a few minor things that could be improved. The toilet paper holder in master bath has been broke for 2 yrs. The front door doesn't shut unless you use lots of force. The sheets are cheap and do not stay on the bed at all. The master bathroom will need an upgrade at some point!! Given those issues we would still rent this condo because it meets all or our needs and we love the setting!!!

Beautiful views in a comfy condo

We were very happy with our stay! The condo had everything we needed, felt comfortable & was made for relaxing. The views off the patio were gorgeous. It does not disappoint!

2nd time

This was the 2nd time we rented this condo and it did not disappoint! The bathroom upgrade and washer/dryer upgrade were very nice! Great view and location! We will keep renting this condo for our beach getaway!!!!

Cute please!

This was a very clean and organized condo! The kitchen had all cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dishes that you would need! I would say, bring a broom! Sand just gets everywhere and there wasn’t one available! Also, there is no food help items here, like coffee filters, s and p, etc. the resort was a bit farther down from gulf shores than I realized, so bring everything you need. The restaurant was fine in only, so we were not able to take carry out back to the room for the kids. The beach access was spot on and kept up nicely! The pools were clean and tended to well. overall, adorable little place and would definitely come back!

Spring family getaway!

This condo was awesome! Very clean and loved the decorations...very beachy and simple. Loved the huge deck, the proximity to pool and beach walkway. Beds were very comfy! We will definitely rent this condo again!!!!

Unit (2nd floor0 had a great view of ocean , pool just a few steps from unit . Sassy Bass restaurant just a short walk , great food . Would definitely stay here again .

Beautiful condo!

We loved the Condo and Resort!! The condo was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had friends who rented condos in other buildings during our stay, and they all wished they had found ours first!! Great quick vacation even with a tropical storm coming!

Great view not so great beds

We really enjoyed the resort! We left just as they closed everything down! The unit was nice and clean. My only complaint was both beds made us all have back aches. My daughter is 100lbs and she was having a hard time with her lower back and hips because of the bed. Other than that it was very nice. The private beach was a plus!

Nice condo and great location.

We were very pleased with the unit and the grounds. The condo was clean and well equipped. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and the private beach was beautiful and not over crowded. This was our first trip to AL, but it won’t be our last! We’ll definitely stay in this unit again!

Our unit was not cleaned and ready by 4.. they did not start cleaning till 4pm...we were not happy.. we checked in late we should have gotten to check out late.

We had not been to the gulf in 20 years. The facilities did not disappoint. Loved the boardwalk to the beach and the restaurants on the premises. We were able to go into Gulf Shores since it was a short drive. And the Hideaway with food trucks and live music was fun and justdown the road from the condo
