Pictures do not do this place justice! Great place, with great views, and an endless beach. We stayed right after Christmas and I thought the rates were reasonable compared to other warm destinations. We would stay here again.

We had such a nice time at san carlos. Being on the 18th floor left us with an absolutely breathtaking view of the gulf! The beach was not crowded at all during our september visit. Would definitely stay here again.

The views were amazing. The pelicans flew by several times each day. We even caught sight of an Osprey and a Bald Eagle! Plenty of room and unit was clean.

It was GREAT! There was a couple things. No iron, dirty dishes in the cupboard, pillow case on one bed that was dirty at check in with make up on it. None of this bothered us but thought you might like to know. We will def stay there again ✌️

This was a beautiful condo on the 18th floor overlooking the beach. Close to restaurants, bars, and other activities. The check in and out was seamless. We could have used a few more towels (and pool/beach towels were not included), but other than that it was lovely!

We have stayed here the last two years. Beautiful condo, beautiful gulf views, clean and well kept condo and comfy bed. The process of checking in and checking out was smooth and easy.

We would come again. Few items need attention- ceiling fan in front bedroom couldn’t use it was so wobbly and the floors were sticky and lights over the bar were out and no hand towels or rags in kitchen and sink in master bath was slow draining and smelled a little musty like it needed to be aired out.

Had a great week. 1808 was perfect for our family. The lack of any real check in was awesome. We were allowed to check in early and out at the last minute without talking to or seeing anyone. Gulf shores will be a yearly trip now. Hopefully in a VRBO.

This was a fantastic condo with plenty of room. It had almost everything we needed and was very clean. The only thing was there were not any sheets for the fold out couch and the sheets on the master bed were old and pilled. I wouldn’t mention this but for they were in dire need of replacing. Otherwise excellent spot.

The condo was very accommodating and spacious. The view from the balcony was terrific. We always try to visit Gulf Shores once a year, but this was our first trip in 4 years. Beach and pool access was just a few steps away. Probably the best feature of this condo, the double sliding doors that opened up to the balcony from the master bedroom and living room. Best nights sleep in a long time just listening to the waves, and thankfully the nights were cool and breezy. Will stay here again for sure.

The view is amazing! The condo is in a great location. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and shops. I would give a 5-star review but the overall cleanliness of the condo wasn’t great. There was glitter and sand on the floor throughout the condo. The fitted sheet in the master was dirty/stained with mascara and glitter was in the bed. I would stay here again! Next time, I will bring my own linens.

Let me start by saying we enjoyed our stay. The condo was a nice size and the location and view were great! The master bed was very comfortable. We got a text from the management company upon our arrival asking how things were. I told them that 4 out of the 5 lights above the kitchen peninsula were burned out and need to be replaced ASAP to make for better lighting during meal prep/cooking. They said they were "creating a service ticket for local staff so that we can get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. We will reach out to you as soon as we have a resolution or an update". We never heard any more about it. The whole place could use a good freshening up and a few things replaced and or fixed. Both sliding doors to the balcony need to be lubricated to slide easier. It was a struggle to open/close them. In fact the one in the master didn't even seal tightly. I think that is why we noticed more humidity inside the unit. The curtains in living area and master had some tears in them and were somewhat coming off the tracks. *This had been mentioned in earlier reviews so I figured it would have been fixed by now, but it wasn't. The sofa and recliner seem to have lost their spring and were not very comfortable. The ceiling fans need a good cleaning as we could see the dust on the blades. The kitchen is a nice size however it could use a new dishwasher and the microwave oven should be lowered to a more safe height. I'm 5'4" and it was too high to safely be getting hot things out of it. Rugs in the kitchen and master bath need to be replaced. The master bathroom looks like they updated it but then stopped before finishing the shower. The shower curtains in there look ridiculous. We really don't like to write a negative review but possible renters should know if management is actually fixing things before deciding if they wish to rent it.
