Group Hug is a four-bedroom, four-bath home located just down from the beach in Morgantown, a family-friendly, beachside community. Morgantown features two swimming pools, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, and four beach access boardwalks. Group Hug is conveniently located near the award-winning Kiva Dunes Golf Course.

• Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything that you could need in your home away from home, including a regular full-size pot, coffee maker, and Keurig-style coffee maker. The dining area seats eight, and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• The covered balcony area is another great space for seating six around the table and four high-top Adirondack chairs.

• The living area has a twin sleeper chair

• The primary bedroom with an attached bath has a jacuzzi tub, a king-size bed, and balcony access

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an attached full bath

• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and an attached full bath

• The fourth bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and an attached full bath. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• There are also junior bunk beds in the hallway (smaller than a twin bed but perfect for the children!) *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the home.

• A large outdoor shower with hot and cold water is located under the house

• There are several golf courses in the area

• Parking for four cars is available

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
