"The entire property has a serious problem with fruit flies, the ac went out on the second day, maintenance came out right away but it took a few hours to get cool. The issue that will keep us from renting this property again was being harassed by a another tenant in the complex. The explanation for the situation is lengthy and I have spoken Shasta about it but no one should have to go thru that on their vacation or anytime!"

"We loved our stay at this townhome. The location was perfect. Off the main stretch but close to restaurants and shops. The best part was the balcony view of the beach. The decor was so beautiful! Not loud or cheesy beach decor but modern and simplistic and clean clean clean!! The owners thought of everything. Washer dryer and kitchen well stocked. Beach toys for the beach and pool. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. We would come back again and again but...
