Location is excellent. Its a very small condo but was perfect for my husband and I. It was stocked pretty sparsely but had everything i needed.

Although they did a good job on the cleaning, it was like putting a suit on a pig. There was moldy nasty boards in the bathroom. It smelled musky. It was so hot. They don’t have the proper a/c for the room. I am always cold, I even wear long sleeves in summer, but I didn’t sleep with the heat in the room. It’s really not suitable for 4 people. Maybe parents with 2 small children- maybe. The furniture had to be completely rearranged to make the bed in the living room then put back in place just to function in the room. I won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend it except for maybe a low quality quick trip for 2 only.

Good price & location

The Beachview Condos don't have a beach view, but are a great location to the beach. You just have to cross the road & you're at the beach. FYI, 216 did not have a full kitchen - that wasn't obvious on the hotels.com description. Had a small fridge/freezer & they work well, coffee pot & microwave. Not the newest building or accommodations, but a good price comparatively & location was great! Within walking distance of lots of restaurants & shops. If you forgot something, start at the Dollar General - good prices & lots of selection, including beach items & some groceries. Shrimpy's putt putt is close & fun. We enjoyed Gulf Island Grill for dinner & Pink Pony for sunset drinks. The worst part is The Hangout has MEGA sound system that you can hear through the walls. Luckily, they stop at 10PM but it's loud until then.

Room was supposed to have a queen bed it had a double that kept falling off the frame which was a queen bed frame no sheets were on the bed they were on the floor which also were queen size me and my wife are bigger people so it was difficult to sleep location is good beaches are walking distance lot’s of good restaurants

Totally not what was expected!!

The location was very convenient and walking distance to almost everything. The apartment itself was smaller than expected, only one ac for the bedroom and front room which only cooled the bedroom leaving the front room very warm. The bed itself was horrible and was sunken in the middle. My back and shoulders are still hurting two days later. Had to make an appointment with the chiropractor.

Pro: Loved how close it was to the beach and the ease of having an elevator and a keypad door entrance. Bedroom and bathroom were cleaned meticulously, and the refrigerator was perfect size for what we needed! Con: they said that it had been “cleaned” prior to our arrival, yet there was sand, dirt, and a clump of hair all over the floor. Also, one of the shelves above the bed completely fell off and hit us on the head in the middle of the night! If they remove or fix the shelves above the bed, we’d absolutely stay there again!

Not a bad place

Condo was ok, but no hot water for 24 hours, then maintenance people in hallways on radios for next 2 days. No water pressure in shower even when we got hot water. Workmen blocked garage parking access for entire time we were there. To be fair, Gulf Shores still reeling from 2 fall hurricanes, so property was ok, but maintenance yelling in hallways all day was aggravating.
