"I was very pleased with the size of the room but the house cleaners failed to clean the backs of bathroom doors and around light fixtures that it gives the place a dumpy look. The build your own breakfast omlettes were the best but the breakfast room is somewhat stark and unwelcoming. The windows are long overdue for a cleaning and should be cleaned regularly for a more upscale appearance. I slept very well on the beds. The mattresses and pillows were perfect. The staff checking people in need to be better trained so they can be faster and more efficient. They are kind and helpful but checking in shouldn't take so long. I like that they allowed pets. The food was tasty and not outrageously priced. Location was great. Overall it just needs a little attention to detail to make this gem shine."
